Return and Refund Policy

A. PURCHASE POLICY – 30-DAY EXCHANGE/RETURN

We commit that customers can exchange products with technical defects within 07 days after purchasing genuine products from our authorized retailers.

1. Scope of Application

To make a purchase, customers can use the following methods:

  • Applicable to: Genuine products sold by our authorized retail store system or purchased at Karasound
  • Effective period: From January 1, 2024 until new regulations are issued

2. Application Conditions

Important cases to note to ensure warranty and 30-day exchange/return policy:

  • Warranty card and manufacturer’s seals on the product (inside & outside) must remain intact
  • Product remains in original condition, outer casing and body without scratches, scuffs or signs of impact, moisture.
  • IMEI number, Serial number on device body, warranty card and box must match
  • Returned device must include complete box, all accessories, and included gifts.
  • Product defect must be due to manufacturer error.

3. Not Applicable for the Following Cases

  • Products without warranty seals, dropped, broken, impacted, deformed, placed in humid conditions, etc. caused by user.

B. REFUND POLICY

>> How long after sending back the product will I receive my refund?

After we receive the product you sent back, we will proceed to inspect and evaluate the product quality. The time needed to complete this process is 3-5 business days. Immediately after receiving the inspection results, we will send notification to you via phone, text message or email.
If your product meets all exchange/return conditions, we will proceed with refund procedures. The estimated timeframe for refund processing for each method is as follows:

  • Credit card & Domestic ATM: 5 – 15 business days
  • Bank transfer: 3 – 5 business days

Refund time may be earlier or later depending on your card issuing bank. Please carefully check your bank transfer information before providing it to us to ensure smooth refund processing.

>> Why did I receive a refund notification but haven’t received money in my card yet?

For refunds to payment card accounts, typically due to the nature of the transaction, you will not receive notification messages from the bank. If you want to know whether the refund has been completed successfully, please check your bank statement after receiving our refund notification within 5 – 15 business days.
In case you still haven’t received the refund in your statement after the above timeframe, please contact your card issuing bank’s customer service center for verification or contact us for support.

>> Why does the refund process take so long?

In case your order requires a refund, refund procedures will be processed by us within 24 hours.
However, depending on each bank’s processing procedures, refund times may vary. We always strive to refund customers in the shortest possible time.
